Remembering Left Eye, 10 Years After Her Death
Ten years ago on this day (April 25), the world mourned the loss of a great one-of-a-kind talent. Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes' died at the tender age of 30 in La Ceiba, Honduras after swerving her vehicle to avoid a collision with an oncoming truck.

The outspoken Philly native was best known as the sassy member of the acclaimed girl group TLC. With over 50 million albums sold, TLC are the second best-selling female group of all time, behind the Spice Girls. The trio is responsible for hits such as: 'Baby Baby Baby,' 'Waterfalls,' 'No Scrubs,' 'Unpretty,' and more.
The group's second studio album, CrazySexyCool, would be their most successful and went on to be certified diamond by the RIAA, and eventually sold 22 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best selling albums of all-time. TLC also ranks in the top 100 of the best selling acts of all-time in U.S. history.
